Description: Jeff Smith had one of the biggest success stories in comics of the 1990s with Bone, a teen fantasy series about a group of cartoony characters who become involved in an epic fight between good and evil in a mysterious valley. Smith's work combines the timing and comedy of an old-style cartoon with a sense of darkness and scale, pitting his innocent characters against more mysterious, fantastic elements.
